Perform administrative and support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. most critical stakeholder: NETWORK TEAM Interaction with Information Technology and Purchasing.

 • Coordinate network ordering process 

• Liaison with internal and external contacts 

• Support annual maintenance and licensing contract renewals and allocations 

• Develop, plan, and track life cycle 

• Support required policies and standards. 

• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information 

• Organize travel plans and itineraries and other related paperwork

 • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents 

• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries 

• Prepare written responses to routine enquiries 

• Organize internal and external events 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

 • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures 

• Knowledge of standard business principles 

• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills

• Experience of producing correspondence and documents 

• Experience in information and communication management
