Human Resources Supervisor (Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes)

Counsels and provides assistance to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues guided by company’s employee relations policy and labor-law legislation. Act as an ambassador for Autoliv and assists in promoting the desired culture. Obtains factual information concerning employee/management inquiries and employee suggestions and/or complaints. Assists and/or advises management in the formal discipline or termination of employees. Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. May coordinate employee transfers, conduct exit interviews, and provide recommendations for corrective action, policy revision, and/or improving employee relations. Monitors daily operations of a unit (work team) and actively assists or provides direction to the organization as required utilizing established policies and procedures. Handles employment issues where job action (such as formal discipline) may result, involving management and/or Human Resources as appropriate. Determines and requests resources as needed.
