What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and supervise the strategy and execution of the training programs to obtain the ideal level of competences and certification for unionized and indirect employees.
• Operator Certification Process and Autoliv Learning Center platform.
• Oversees talent development and succession action plans (Talent Review Process).
• Assures the completion and tracking of development action plans.
• Ensure that internal communication is effective.
• Collaborating in global teams managing focus group for action plans after labor environment surveys.

What is required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related.
• 3-5 years or more managing Training and Organizational Development processes. Automotive industry experience is preferable.
• Experience in succession planning processes, employee performance evaluations and labor environment survey plant wide.
• Experience in organizational communication, personnel events.
• Knowledge in responding audits, knowledge in STPS requirements. IATF Standards knowledge is desired.
• Knowledge of dynamics of group and strategies of education
• Fluent level of English for business conversations.
