Main Activities: 

• Coordinate activities together with manufacturing engineers & maintenance supervisors to define, maintain and improve the equipment availability due to a better manufacturing process. 
• Manage and communicate the strategy to implement and validate Eng. changes, new machinery and MPS implementation. 
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure the correct operation of machinery, coordinate preventive maintenance actions to avoid unplanned machine stoppages.
• Ensure standardization of 4M´s in all critical process. 
• Manage and control Manufacturing budget.
• Ensure continuous improvement through lessons learned, 1P1P, L&DWS, PFMEA.

Requirements: 

• Mechanic, Electronic, Industrial, Mechatronical Engineering Degree 
• Advanced English 
• Minimum 3 years in automotive industry with advanced knowledge in industrial and process maintenance areas. 
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel management.
