What you'll do:

- Responsible for downtime recovery plan. 

- Perform analysis (statistics) to chronic issues.

- Accountable of improvement implementation, validation and monitors corrective actions. 

- Updates manufacturing documentation except PFMEA (only applies on the improvement made). 

- Champion Zero Machine Downtime.

What is required:

-Engineering Bachelor Degree in related to Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical and/or Mechatronics disciplines. 

-English 70% 

-GD&T background. 

-PLCs and sensors background. 

-Proficient on MS office package (Autocad, Catia) 

-Proficiency with SolidWorks and CamWorks (Perform optimize and develop programs for CNC, G codes). 

-Experience creating parts, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, weldments, sheet metals. 

-Experience designing machines from the ground up, using SolidWorks.
