To fulfill the customer´s demand on time with required quality and quantity

What you’ll do:

• Analyze customer demand

• Sales Forecast

• Follow Up ECR´s

• Inventory Control

• Manage customer portal

What is required:

• Knowledge in customer service

• Knowledge in Control production planning

• Customer Portal (VW, GM, SUARU, FORD, FCA, HYUNDAI, BMW, NISSAN, KIA, COMPAS)

• Drive Customer Focus

• Ensure Accountability 

Minimal level: Administration/R.E.I., industrial Engineering

Ideal Level: Master’s in industrial engineering or Supply Chain Management

2 to 4 years in customer service in automotive industry
