ServiceNow Developer

What you’ll do:

•Creation of new workflows within forms or modules of ServiceNow

•Service Now portal development

•Configuration or implementation of modules not in use within ServiceNow at the time of transition (ITBM, HR, GRC, SecOps, ITOM)

•Development of workflow automations using ServiceNow ITOM Orchestration and/or Integration Hub

•Perform testing and validation for all development work

What is required:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related

• 5 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer

• Fluent conversational English

•Knowledge in Java Script, ServiceNow modules, workflows and request forms, Incident Management and troubleshooting of incidents occurring in the ServiceNow system, report management, Incident Management and troubleshooting of incidents.
