Launch Project Leader

What you’ll do:

Serve as primary CFT member from AMM. Lead CFT members to satisfy customer milestones, eAPDS deliverables, and Policy Deployment expectations. Coordinate activities with all departments (AMC, APS, Tooling/Equipment, Quality, PC&L, BU, Purchasing, Eng’g, etc.) to assure program milestones are met. Heavy increase in launch activity requires increase in available leadership to guide CFT through issues and give timely, decisive direction. Customer satisfaction will be an ongoing challenge given the launch and quality expectations. Autoliv’s ability to develop and launch product successfully will be critical to maintain our market share.

What is required:

A bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an engineer within the Automotive Industry Bilingual (Spanish - English) eAPDS AS100 AS403 Align team members to common goal. Strong team building skills; collaborate with all and assure good decision making. Negotiation / expectation management. Previous Experience in Product Development and Launch. Beneficial to have experience with product validation, production, logistics, customer and/or supplier management, quality
