IT Technician

What you’ll do:

Monitor L2L dispatch to provide on-time support to production cell based on MES targets to support KPI. Close local and MES ServiceNet incidents and requests based on infrastructure targets to support KPI. Follow up activities coordinated by local supervisorWorks on engineering requested MES approved changes. Keeps IT supplies inventory during the supporting shift. Provide TPM to printers, computers and devices based on programed schedules. Escalates site MES and IT issues during shift. Continue launch and engineering changes follow up. Setup and installation of IT devices and infrastructure for new lines, new projects or stations on production floor.Create purchase request to follow up IT analyst activities. Supports over time during weekends or afterhours if required. Support setup and installation of IT devices for new projects on the facility.

What is required:

IT technical degree. knowledge on the following application and hardware Good Follow up Task oriented Team oriented 1 years of experience on IT Areas
