What you’ll do:
- Coordinate the activities of the support during the analysis and resolution of external quality problems.
- Coordinate and participate in customer complaint analysis meetings, in addition to monitoring the implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Prepare final reports of corrective actions defined to solve a problem reported by the client, 8D, 5W´s, Ishikawa or part analysis report.
- Be the primary contact for external customers on quality issues and / or timely delivery failures.
- Responsible to obtain the customer full approval for engineering changes (Product, process, line layout changes, etc.
- Coordinate client visits and follow up on the actions they generate.
What is required:
• Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
• Advanced English
• At least 2 years in automotive industry.
• Understanding basic quality tools (problem solving, SPC, APQP).
• CSR Audit interpretation.
• Drive Customer Focus, Drive Collaboration, Make sound decisions
