What you’ll do:
Responsible of the administration and continuous improvement of the recruitment process and retention initiatives for union people. Effective interaction with operative candidates and close relation with supervisors and managers. Will be Focus on the retention effectiveness based on data analysis and local market. Meet headcount operators requirements Accomplishment of retention initiatives Turnover reduction
What is required:
- Bachelor degree Strong computer skills at least in MS office Action plan definition based on data analysis Communication skill (verbal and writing) with all levels
- Analytical
- Multitask administration
- Strong Interpersonal relations skill
- Conflicts solution
- People attention
- Previous expericience in recruitment salary and union
- Bilingual Spanish - English
