Corporate travel specialist

What you’ll do:

• Complete domestic and international travel arrangements. This includes flights, hotels, and car rentals utilizing vendor agreements.

• Maintain ownership of each record to ensure all details are completed including seat assignments, special meal requests, etc.

• Interact with the traveler or travel arrangers and provide superior customer service.

• Attend meetings and training for ongoing updates in the travel industry.

• Book hotel reservations for our overseas colleagues to utilize our North American pricing

What is required:

• High School Diploma or above

• Minimum 5+ years corporate travel experience on the Worldspan GDS system is a must

• Proficient with international ticketing and exchanges

• Working knowledge of MS Office

• Concur experience and knowledge of corporate credit card program a plus.
• Required to be fluent in English
