Control Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Attend design review meetings to ensure that everything regarding control is correct. 

• Review and validate electrical enclosure according to a base machine (PLC code vs electrical schematic match) 

• Give support design area for electronic components purchase. 

• Keep PC software and devices firmware updated according Autoliv requirement. 

• Online and offline programming according the Autoliv standard. 

• Validate all the manual movements of the machinery programmed. 

• Validate the recoverability of the machinery avoiding any collision. (interlocks). 

• Create sequence to automatic mode. 

• Validate automatic mode running with product.

• Create verification (MVPs) and calibration (gages) routines. 

What is required:

• Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en posición similar, Programacion de nueva maquinaria

• Conocimiento deStudio 5000 (Intermediate-Advance). 

• CIP Motion (Basic-Intermediate) 

• Redes Industrials Ethernet/IP (Basic-Intermediate). • RS-Logix 500 (Intermediate-Advance). 

• Factory Talk View Studio (Intermediate-Advance). 

• Robots FANUC (Basic-Intermediate). 

• Herramientas de torque Atlas CopCo. (Basic-Intermediate). 

• Sistemas de visión Cognex (Intermédiate). 

• Lectores de código de barras Keyence, Cognex (Basic-Intermédiate).
