What you’ll do:

• Manage the operational resources to satisfy and accomplish the client requirements (internal and/or external) on time, quantity, quality, and continuous improvement. 

• Manage the machine build department focus to the efficiency, security, and quality, delivery, cost and moral.

• Follow up and implementation of the Corporative standards in the manufacturing and related areas.

• Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth.

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and sustain those improvements

What is required:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. (English and Spanish)

• 4 years as manager in Manufacturing, Quality and/or Production areas.

• Background: TS-16949,(IATF) TPM, APS, Six Sigma, JIT, Conflict resolution, Management.

• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts is preferred.

• Excellent communicator able to work with in multifunctional team.
