Operations buyer

What you’ll do:

• On-site support at critical suppliers as needed to monitor recovery plans and actions
• Support Design Level Inventory activities at the plant
• Support SIOP reviews and Product Line activities
• Maintain pricing on Intercompany PO’s as directed by Finance 
• Analyze, firefight, and mitigate supplier issues  

What is required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have minimum 3-5 years' experience in Purchasing reporting systems
• Must have minimum 1-3 years' experience in a Tier One Automotive role
• Must have a working knowledge in MS Applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI
• Must be willing to travel approximately 50%
