Cost Analyst

What you’ll do:

To manage Inventory information, Set up Standard Costs as well as Processes in the JDE Database. Perform Finance Analysis Actual Vs Budget. Follow CAPEX Projects and Depreciation Information. To track Zero Cost in the System • Management BOM´s accuracy. • Inventory and Fixed assets Analysis • Follow up Open Projects. Set up Standard Cost in the ERP. • BOM´s accuracy • Follow Shippers Vs Sales Report • Analysis of Expenses Accounts vs Budget • Fixed Assets Capitalization • Depreciation Information • Setup Standard Costs in JDE • Maintaining JDE Simulated and Frozen Cost Processes • Reconciliation of Shippers Vs Kardex Report • Analysis of AMX BOM's Accuracy • Perform and Application Cycle counts in JDE • Perform month-end inventory reconciliation. • Analysis of Actual Expenses Vs Budget. • Review of different inventory locations and zero cost. • Capitalization of assets. • CAPEX AMX Master Update • Calculation of monthly depreciation. • Additions and Removals of Assets • Reconciliation of AMX and AST machinery sales • Update book value • Problem Solving

What is required:

Minimum of 2 years in accounting cost in an environment of manufacture • Experience of work with the personnel of engineering and manufacture in the development and analysis of the procedure of costs.
