Launch Project Quality Engineer
What you’ll do:
Follow up on APDS and PPAP processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements.
Manage and track customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and closure of corrective actions.
Conduct visits to customer locations to support quality topics, issue resolution, and relationship management.
Develop and complete Prototype, Pre‑production, and Serial Production Control Plans in alignment with customer and internal standards.
Actively participate in PFMEA activities, strengthening error‑proofing and risk prevention measures.
Verify that results from Quality‑related activities at R@R comply with Autoliv and customer requirements.
Ensure closure of all open quality issues prior to SOP, minimizing launch risks.
Identify and analyze quality risks, escalate appropriately to management, propose corrective actions, and verify effective closure.
Support timely and accurate review, approval, and sign‑off of customer PPAP submissions.
What is required:
•Strong customer focus, execution management, and ability to engage and inspire others across functions and cultures.
Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to quality excellence.
Ability to make sound decisions, manage risks, and ensure accountability in quality‑driven environments.
Experience in Process Quality and Quality Systems, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and customer systems.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing or automotive environments.
Effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills with high ethical standards and integrity.
Innovative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and continuous learner with strong technical orientation.
Global mindset with willingness to travel and work in cross‑regional teams.
English proficiency minimum B2 level (verbal and written).
