Industrial Engineer

What you’ll do:

Facilitate continuous improvement activities. - Follow and promote kaizen suggestions at site level - Provide training according plant standards - Lean Manufacturing deployment activities - Support plant activities and grow people - Concept and designs improvements - 2D & 3D Design An APS (Autoliv Production System) Engineer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of results at the site level according to APS roadmap. Should be an effective APS Trainer to create the desired APS culture and foundation. Compliance of Autoliv Production System Standards required according to plant site needs. Workshops by quarter required by divisional plan. Improved profitability through the elimination of waste. Decrease lead-time through value stream analysis and flow optimization.

What is required:

Industrial Engineering Lean Manufacturing AutoCAD SolidWorks. Problem Solving Continuous improvement Projects Kaizen Events Excellent computer skills; Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
