Where you’ll work:

Lerma Plant | Fully On Site

What you’ll do:

• Lead application engineering changes at local production site. Work together with Core Engineers and Launch Engineers, and CFT's for an adequate implementation strategy. 

• Maintain updated engineering changes minutes/one pager, accordingly to implementation plan.  

• Lead and support new Launches changes, after to TG3 with New Launches team to make a smooth transition for TG4.

• Responsible to get all the deliverables in order to transfer New Launches to current production.

• Support and follow up EOP with control production to avoid obsolescence.

• Support, lead root cause analysis and problem solving for application issues. Ensure corrective actions are implemented.

What is required:

• Mechanical, Industrial, Design Engineering Degree or related.

• Advanced English skills

• Customer sites portals knowledge. Proven ability to provide clear technical reports for customers, suppliers and high management. 

• Quality processes knowledge.

• Problem Solving skills. Project Management. CAD and drawings knowledge.
