Where you will work:

Tijuana Plant (AST 1) | On Site

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and meet the SQDCM targets through Autoliv standards. Also, is responsible to ensure that assigned lines are working with efficiency, quality, safety, and cost control.

• Responsible to update and maintain PFMEA through the planning, follow up and execution on time of the PFMEA go see & fix activity at the same time to ensures actions from this activity are closed on time.

• Design and proposes manufacturing lay out, ensures MPS compliance, submit lessons learned and best practices to improve/met process requirements.

• Ensures that APS (Autoliv Production System) principles are applied to all the new and retrofitted cells under it's responsibility.

• Provides support to new launches team to follow up APDS compliance on time. 

What is required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related.

• Advanced English skills is a MUST.

• 4-5 previous years of experience in similar position in manufacturing environment.

• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is a plus.
