APS Technician

What you’ll do:

Must promote the culture of continuous improvement in all AMM processes and teams. Application of the tools and elements of the Autoliv's system production to create constant flow in the administrative and productive processes across identifying wastes and reduce or eliminate them to reduce the cost of production. The APS Tech will be entrusted to give training and coaching to the whole personnel in APS's tools for the generation of projects of improvement. Likewise the application of the Industrial Engineering to optimize the processes in terms of reduction of the manual time of the operations, maximize production with the minor possible resource and to administrate production efficiency to the minor cost, utilizing and promoting the digitalization and the 4.0 tools. As part of his work, the Industrial Engineer APS will manage and facilitate the tools and materials to the Kaizen area Multi – projects Workshops, 1P1P, Discovery exercises New product launch, production, quality, process, Maintenance KPI´s based on P.D (local and corporate) APS assessment Roll Out Plans for Operations Improvement 

What is required:

TSU or High School 1 year of experience in manufacturing process
