What you’ll do:

Ensures the reliable and efficient operation of production equipment by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. This role requires expertise troubleshooting for mechanical systems, knowledge of sewing processes, and seatbelt manufacturing technologies, as well as moderate knowledge of PLCs and vision systems. 

•Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery and robots.

•Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

•Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.

•Program and maintain vision sensors.

•Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.

•Support sewing processes and ensure optimal machine performance.

•PLC programming.

What is required:

• Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine maintenance for manufacturing environment preferred.

• English skills are required 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
