Where you’ll work:

Tijuana Plant | On site

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for Planning, Execution, Monitor, Control and Closure of the project assigned, following AS100.

• Define in conjunction with regional team the key target dates and milestones.

• Lead and represents the plant in the CFT's and BUs.

• Ensure communication between BU, Plant and the RPDG in regards engineering changes.

• Review and approve demand/capacity for the project assigned in conjunction with plan operations team and help to the regional team to determine availability.

• Oversees the financials aspects and monitor expenses to be under budget for the project.

• Coordinate with the project quality engineer, customer visits and audits for the project assigned.

What is required:

• Engineering Bachelor Degree (in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines).

• Advanced English skills is a MUST.

• 2-5 years of experience in: Project Management, Supervisory position & NPI.

• Experience in Automotive Industry is highly desired.
