Packaging Analyst

What you’ll do:

Ensure the availability of primary packaging for the daily production of the production lines of the entire plant. Timely coordinate the change from primary packaging to alternate packaging when necessary. Avoid as much as possible the expense of the use of alternate cardboard packaging. Report in a timely manner any critical primary and/or alternate packaging that may generate a line stoppage. Run the container forecast for visualization of coverage next week. Keep records of inputs and outputs of primary packaging to identify the cause of shortages easily. Give receipt to the primary packaging in portals for the clients that apply. Review coverage daily using the daily inventory file. Daily critical packaging tracking. Track and track packaging in transit. Report receipt discrepancies with client. Quote and buy new packaging if required. Manage the carton packaging forecast.

What is required:

Education: Bachelor degree or Engineering. Experience: 2 years. Knowledges/Skills: Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles, High level of planning, organizational and analytical skills, Self-starter with ability to determine steps necessary to develop solutions to problem, High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, Results driven individual with high level of initiative and urgency toward driving results, Ability to work independently with minimal direction, High level of knowledge of computers, basic software (Microsoft Office) and web based applications. Language: English fluent
