What you’ll do:

In this opportunity in Finance as a Temporary Record to Report Intern- Part Time , you will:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process within the automotive industry, including order management, billing, collections, and dispute resolution. Will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, customer communication, and industry-specific practices such as OEM and dealer interactions.

• Support in the timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions.

• Assistance with monthly accounting closes through journal entries and integrations.

• Compliance with established R2R deadlines.

• Preparation and posting of journal entries.

• Support in balance sheet integrations.

• Organization and safekeeping of supporting documentation.

• Support in report preparation

What is required:

• Must be an active student of the last years of Accounting, Business Administration or Finance in an accredited School.

• Advanced English skills.

• Schedule availability.

• Must have strong work ethics and be well organized and a self-starter.

• Able to follow standard filing procedures.

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.

• Advanced Excel skills and pivot tables.
