PC & Warehouse Intern
PC & Warehouse Intern
What you’ll do:
Intern focused on the execution of continuous improvement projects with direct impact on Production Control and Warehouse operations. Responsible for analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, proposing practical solutions, and following up on their implementation to ensure measurable results. Highly dynamic operation, where inventories, material flow, and efficiency directly impact performance, requiring a transition from reactive solutions to structural improvements that stabilize operations. Currently, there are non-standardized processes that generate variability, layout and warehouse flow inefficiencies, inventory discrepancies that affect data reliability, temporary solutions that are not sustainable over time, and limited visibility to anticipate risks. Documented analysis of current processes and opportunity diagnosis. Structured improvement proposals (including expected impact). Implementation plans with defined owners, timelines, and follow-up. Execution and closure of assigned projects with evidence of results. Process standardization (procedures, work instructions, layouts). Control and visibility tools (reports, basic dashboards in Excel). Results reporting with before/after comparison (impact on efficiency, inventory, or flow). Analyze current Production Control and Warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities. Collect floor-level information (direct observation, cycle times, flows, inventories). Develop improvement proposals with a practical, results-oriented approach. Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects. Follow up on initiative implementation through project closure. Document and standardize processes (procedures, work instructions, layouts). Generate and update analysis and control tools (primarily using Excel).
