What you’ll do:

Responsible for Autoliv Production Systems implementation and improve the Plant OPI, KPI´s Develop on time expertise on the role to be full engage to the upcoming customer event for the launch projects at MXAG for the upcoming BMW, Stellantis, involving with the cross functional team as Operation , Process, Quality, IT, Planning APS Assessment on target APS Standards implementation 6 Targets on target, follow up to KPI and OPI Policy Deployment actions on time and green Jidoka process follow up Employee Suggestions (OPI-2) & Internal OPI’s Connectivity workshops VSM one per quarter APS Academy Plant Layout optimization L2L Die Casting Workshops OPF Workshops WIP Calculation Headcount 1P1P

What is required:

Bachelor in Industrial engineering 2 years minimum in Industrial engineering 2 years minimum in lean manufacturing area Analytical, Attention to details, Commitment to excellence, Communicate effectively, Competitive, Customer orientation, Enthusiastic, Global thinking, Innovative, Integrity, Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Problem solving, Result oriented, Self-learning, Self-motivated, Strategy and planning, Technical orientation, Willing to travel, Drive Customer Focus, Manage Execution
